Progressive Riding Training in spectacular surroundings
Millhorn Riding Centre is the new base for Rebecca
and Neil Chalmers. Having relocated from Kirkmichael where they lived
for 10 years, running a successful and popular trekking and horse training centre for
the last five of those years. The new centre is a work in progress
with a purpose built stable barn currently under construction. A
large (50m x 30m) sand school is fully fenced and complete with
training show jumps. The well-being of the horses and highland ponies
who work here is of prime importance to them. |

all abilities and as we are a small family-run equestrian centre
we pride ourselves on tailoring our activities to you needs. |
Qualified and Friendly Staff
Rebecca carries out the training of horse and rider,
with an enthusiastic approach focusing on the individual goals of
the rider. Hard hats and body protectors are available at no extra
charge. Hard hats must be worn at all times when mounted.

Horse and Pony Training
Customers' own horses are welcome at our stables.
With over 20 years experience of backing and schooling in the UK,
we are happy to take horses and ponies for starting or improving.
